Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup has revealed he is unsure what will happen at the end of the season and would be tempted if Real Madrid came calling.

Laudrup, who last weekend guided Swansea to their first trophy in the club’s 100 year history told The Mirror: "It’s certain that I will return to Spain, but I don’t know when.  It is a pleasure that the fans think that I could be the next Real Madrid manager, we will see what happens in June or July.”

However, the Danish manager, who played for both Real Madrid and Barcelona insists he is enjoying his managerial stint in the Premier League.

"Spain is like my second home, but I am enjoying my experience in the Premier League.

"In Spain, all of the teams want to play good football but here there are a lot of different styles, it is harder to prepare for games."

If Laudrup was to leave the club, then this would come as a big blow to the Welsh club as they look to build on their success after losing Brendan Rodgers to Liverpool at the end of last season.

Currently Swansea will be celebrating their recent League Cup final win over Bradford, but will want to get back to winning ways in the league after they were on the wrong side of a 5-0 defeat to Liverpool on February 17.

This weekend The Jacks play host to a much improved Newcastle side as they look to cement a top ten finish after ending in 11th place last season.
