Manchester United, Arsenal & Liverpool target Christian Eriksen has admitted he wants to leave Ajax – but he revealed a liking for Manchester City and PSG.

The Danish midfielder has reportedly been interesting all three of Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger and Brendan Rodgers over a summer transfer.

However, it appears Roberto Mancini may have the upper hand on his Premeir League counterparts in negotiations after Eriksen’s latest comments.

'If I could play for clubs like Manchester City and PSG – why not? For me it is important that I have a good feeling at the club,' Eriksen is quoted as saying by the Daily Mail.

“I should be able to play football and then I could develop. I will be a better football player.”

Manchester United have been criticised for lacking creativity and a player with the ability to keep the ball in central midfield outside of Paul Scholes.

Eriksen’s best position is that of a deep playmaker so he could have the attributes needed to solve the problem being highlighted at Old Trafford.

Arsenal may need to reinforce the central midfield this summer as Abou Diaby will miss much of this year owing to a torn cruciate ligament.

There is also uncertainty over the long-term fitness of Gunners star Tomas Rosicky, who has been blighted by fitness issues his whole Emirates Stadium career.

Meanwhile, Liverpool need to add quality to their squad if they are to break into the top four once again.

Eriksen would provide excellent creativity int he centre of midfield to compliment the running of Luis Suarez.

However, Manchester City will be looking to rebuild after a disappointing defence of their Premier League title.

Signing one of Europe’s hottest young talents would be a significant statement to their rivals.
