PSV Eindhoven and Ajax target Marco van Ginkel has hinted he'll stay at Vitesse Arnhem this summer, but admitted that if a club like Manchester United came calling, he would have to consider leaving, reports Sky Sports.

The 20-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from the GelreDome at the end of the season, with two of the Eredivisie's biggest clubs keen to sign the highly-rated midfielder.

With eight goals in 31 appearances for Vitesse in 2012/13, Van Ginkel recently earned his first international call-up to Holland's national team, where he joined leading stars like Manchester United's Robin van Persie, Bayern Munich's Arjen Robben, and Galatasaray's Wesley Sneijder.

His impressive form is not believed to have attracted the attention of Old Trafford chief Sir Alex Ferguson, but Van Ginkel is being touted as a potential successor for Siem de Jong at the Amsterdam Arena, as Frank de Boer continues his search for a replacement.

"I will not necessarily leave, but you never know what will happen," the Dutchman told De Telegraaf in response to questions about where he'll ply his trade next season.

"We saw last year with Alexander Buttner. If suddenly Manchester United are at the door, it's a different story.

"I think clubs like Ajax and PSV are beyond us. Those are bigger clubs, almost each year they play in the Champions League.

"But if you're young, it is important to get minutes on the pitch and I can here."
